Naturally rich in polyphenols, particularly hydroxytyrosol, our organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is of superior quality. Due to the harsh environment of the Moroccan desert, with its extreme temperatures, rocky soil, and water scarcity, the olive trees are highly stressed, triggering a "panic" survival instinct. This causes the trees to produce a huge quantity of polyphenols (antioxidants) to endure, resulting in an extraordinary hydroxytyrosol value in the resulting olive oil.

Our integrated production process, from planting the olive groves to mechanical processing and first cold pressing, ensures full satisfaction. We have carefully approached all aspects of our organic olive oil production by adopting sustainable procedures, allowing you to enjoy our product while doing your bit for the environment.

Les Terroirs de Marrakech, our ultra-premium organic EVOO, is crafted from an old bicentenary orchard featuring a blend of French and Moroccan olive cultivars. Grown in the Marrakech region at an altitude of 390 meters, the olives are harvested from late September to late November and first cold-pressed at a maximum temperature of 26°C, yielding between 10.5% to 13% oil.
