Since 1916, our olive oil has been grown and pressed in Sicily. We take pride in being the first to cold press our olives, ensuring the highest quality oil. Our olive oil is all natural and unfiltered, giving it a cloudy appearance and vibrant green color.
We use a blend of three olive varieties: “Nocellara del Belice,” “Biancolilla,” and “Cerasuola,” all locally sourced from the province of Trapani in Sicily. This unique blend adds complexity and depth to the flavor profile of our olive oil.
The reason our olive oil is unfiltered is because we believe in delivering the most genuine product possible. You can taste the freshness and pureness of the olives in every drop, as it is directly what comes out of the press.
To ensure the highest quality, our olives are cold pressed within 8 hours of being picked. This ensures that all the natural flavors and nutrients are preserved, giving our olive oil a rich and robust taste.
Our dedication to quality has not gone unnoticed. We are proud to have been awarded 3 Gold Medals and 1 Best of Class at the L.A. County Fair. In addition, we have also been honored with a Gold Medal at the NYIOOC (New York International Olive Oil Competition).
